Patrice Elder served as the Athletic Director at Oak Hill School in Nashville, TN. She earned her Certified Athletic Administrators distinction from the NIAAA in 2023.
Patrice is an experienced instructor and athletics administrator with a history of working in various educational settings. She is skilled in career development, athletic training, pedagogy, event management, and fundraising. She completed an EdD in Educational Leadership and Practice from Tennessee State University in 2025.
Patrice joined the TIAAA Board in 2023 and serves as the Chair of Equity and Community Engagement. She is one of the NIAAA State of TN Certification Test Coordinators and serves on the NIAAA National Faculty for LTC 503.
