Region 8 Serves the Following Counties:

Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Haywood, Lake, Lauderdale, Obion, Tipton, Weakley

Shane Paschall holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Tennessee at Martin and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University. 

Shane has been a member of the community at Bradford Junior/Senior High School since 2004. He has coached girls basketball, golf and softball at Bradford.  In 2009, Shane became the Principal & Athletic Director. As the girls basketball coach, he led the team at Bradford High School to a State Final Four appearance in 2008. He was named the All-West Tennessee Coach of the Year in 2008 and District 14A Coach of the Year in 2009. 

Since 2000, he has coached boys and girls basketball, football, golf and softball. As the Bradford Athletic Director, he has started new programs including Cross-Country (High School and Middle School), Varsity Track & Field, Middle School Baseball and Middle School Softball. He also established a Hospitality Room at all home high school and middle school basketball games for our visiting coaches, their families and officials. Shane was awarded Athletic Director of the Year for Athletic District 8 for the 2014-15 school year. Shane has served as a volunteer on the TIAAA Host Committee for the 2016 and 2022 National Athletic Directors Conferences. He has also presented Chapel at the state and national level. 

Shane is a Certified Athletic Administrator.
